With over 20 years of experience in management support roles, Wayne Lawson has dedicated his career to helping others grow professionally, focusing on employee development, career planning, résumé writing, and mentorship. Prior to joining UDC Law, Wayne worked as a management analyst with 32 years of federal experience at the Social Security Administration.
Wayne brings not only a wealth of experience but also a deep passion for equity and access. He is particularly passionate about providing legal services to community members who have not traditionally been afforded representation.
Outside of work, Wayne enjoys the arts, both visual and movement-based, and is an avid hiker.
