The Criminal Law Pathway is designed as a guided curriculum to help you develop the skills necessary to practice criminal law as a defense attorney or prosecutor, or in private practice. Core subjects such as criminal law, criminal procedure, evidence, trial advocacy and advanced courses in criminal law will teach you the basic theories and skills to become an effective advocate. By following this Pathway, you will develop substantive, procedural and practical knowledge to become a successful lawyer in criminal court.
