Racquel D. Brown holds a Juris Doctorate (JD) from the University of Miami School of Law and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland.  Prior to joining the full-time faculty at UDC Law, she was a tenured Associate Professor at UDC’s School of Business and Public Administration, as well as an Assistant Dean of Students. She has been a practicing attorney since 2001 and is the founding attorney at Brown Ellis Associates PPLC.  She is recognized as among the top 100 Caribbean individuals of Power and influence and is a published scholar, commercial author and policy consultant.
