The L.E.A.D. Academy is a “leadership institute designed to equip and empower lawyers with tools to advance and develop their leadership in the bar and the community.”

Brown described the program as “an opportunity for newly minted lawyers to learn about leadership and its various forms across a panoply of industries. It was also an opportunity for us to also refine our leadership skills and strengthen our professional/personal development.

Brown wrote, “I was honored to be a part of the inaugural class of this program and to have been given the opportunity to be one of the graduation speakers. I will never forget the things I learned nor the people with whom I connected. I’m looking forward to what’s next! Remember, great leaders don’t produce more followers. Great leaders produce more leaders!”
